The Opportunity - Content IP Library
Momentum Starboard LTD offers investors a unique opportunity to participate in the creation of a valuable content IP library, carefully developed and packaged to attract Hollywood studios, streamers, and global distributors. This strategic investment focuses not just on a single film but on building a slate of market-ready, cinematic IP that can yield long-term commercial value across multiple platforms and formats while also retaining the production option
Cinematic Returns
Momentum Starboard aims to secure more than 50% of projected costs in advance via pre-sales and the UK’s Film and High-End Television Tax Credit scheme, which can return up to 52% of 80% of qualifying UK expenditure. Further de-risking measures include AI-driven screenplay assessments from Largo.ai, as well as access to gap financing through specialist film and TV lenders.
Investors receive repayment priority, with 100% of capital returned from initial revenues, followed by potential dividends sourced from producer fees and further earnings from IP exploitation, including royalties and licensing.
Beyond traditional financial returns, Momentum Starboard offers a unique "Cinematic Return on Experience" (C ROE). Eligible investors gain access to exclusive, luxury travel experiences curated by our Cinematic travel division, creating unforgettable memories alongside financial prosperity. This includes priority access to private gallery showings, invitations to film festival events, and curated trips to breathtaking locations.

Risk Management
Our Concrete Way of Reducing RISK
-
Layer 1: Greenlighting
-
Layer 2: Pre-Sales
-
Layer 3: Tax Credits
-
Layer 4: Specialised Artificial Intelligence
The advent of the opportunity
By “Greenlighting” or “pre-selling” the film, a producer is able to:
-
Establish the level of want and demand in the marketplace
-
Substantiate the sales projections & market value
-
Provide a level of cost justification on any particular feature film
We Structure The Risk Away
Utilising AI to reduce risk and maximise ROI
We utilise specialist AI software Largo.ai, which is designed for TV and film and used by major studios such as Warner Bros. It analyses our screenplays against data from over 400,000 films to forecast box office and streaming performance with up to 80% accuracy.
Using AI in the production process allows all stakeholders to have a non-biased view on each film project. It provides an appraisal of casting, demographics, forecasting, and sales.
“Biases can be the biggest risk to investments”
Strategy
Target: Develop three high-value film IPs over the next three years — positioning us for continuous greenlighting
opportunities with major film studios and global streaming platforms.
We mitigate production costs and financial risks through a strategic blend of international tax credits, presales, and a diversified portfolio of commercially driven IP.
Our greenlight process is powered by AI tools such as Largo.ai, combining predictive analytics with market intelligence to ensure each project is backed by data and positioned for global success.

Investment Strategy
Two Models. One Vision.
Momentum Starboard LTD offers a risk-managed, dual-path strategy for high-net-worth and professional investors seeking to participate in premium content production with strong IP potential and cultural capital.
1. Greenlit Strategy
Back the Story Before the World Sees It
We are currently raising a £250,000 development budget —
approximately £50,000–£75,000 per project — to finalise scripts, secure high-profile talent, and create production-ready film packages. These packages are structured to meet the critical requirements for a formal greenlight by major studios or streaming platforms.
To greenlight a film means to officially approve it for production with full financing — typically unlocking budgets of up to £20 million and generating producer fees of £400,000 to £2.4 million, depending on market positioning and cast attachment.
Target date for greenlighting: August 2025.
A successful greenlight results in studio or streamer-led production finance, accelerating both investor returns and global distribution outcomes.
2. Self-Financed Strategy
Where Independence Meets Market Strategy
Should the project not receive a studio greenlight, it proceeds via a controlled, privately funded route with a projected £5 million production budget.
This model mitigates risk by:
-
Securing aggressive pre-sales in key international territories
-
Locking in early distribution deals based on cast and concept
-
Aligning investor exposure with structured sales windows and market demand
SPV Structure: Focused. Transparent. Ringfenced.
Each project is housed within its own Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) — in this case, Privileged Film & TV Ltd. This structure ensures:
-
Dedicated budgeting, tracking, and reporting for each production
-
Clear revenue attribution
-
Investor funds are exclusively allocated to the associated film or IP project
All revenue is collected through a ringfenced Collection Account, providing transparent distribution.
Waterfall Model: Recoupment + Profit Participation
Investors benefit from a clean and fair recoupment and profit-sharing structure:
Capital Repayment:
Each investor receives 100% of their original investment from the first available net revenues, pari passu with other investors in the same SPV.
Net Profit Split (after repayment):
-
50% to Creative Stakeholders (cast, crew, writers, directors)
-
50% to Investor Pool, allocated as:
-
80% shared pro rata among investors based on their contribution
-
20% retained by the SPV for future development and reserves
-
Revenue Sources Include:
-
Studio producer and packaging fees (triggered at greenlight)
-
Theatrical and digital streaming distribution
-
Licensing and international sales
-
IP royalties from sequels, spin-offs, and merchandise
Your Cinematic Return on Experience™
Through this dual-path strategy, investors gain exposure to high-quality IP development while enjoying rare access to luxury cultural travel, set visits, and curated moments. Whether greenlit by a major studio or self-financed into the global market, your journey with us is both creatively fulfilling and financially focused.
